Sarah Goldie

Having ridden and been involved in horses from 12 years old, Sarah made the decision early on to follow this career path. She took a year out after high school to train her first horse and work on a yard before going to Hartpury college to study Equine Performance and Business Management.

While at Hartpury she got the opportunity to work for and train under Rowland Fernyhough. After graduating from Hartpury she went on to train under Claire Chambers before setting up SJ Show Jumping.

Sarah has also had experience with eventing and dressage and reschooled ex-racehorses. She currently competes her two horses, Haribo and Soots, closely supervised by black springerdor Magic!

Matty Mackenzie-Hill

Matty is an ex-international polo player and helps -with the maintenance of the yard, his own business is run from home the majority of the time and he always finds the time to help out around the yard along with his springer spaniel, Tessa (Magic’s mother!)
